Co-Founder of Melody with 25 years of experience in investment banking and credit Strong and varied experience including M&A, Strategic Partnerships, Public and Private Debt and Equity, Restructuring and Bankruptcies. During the period after leaving UBS and prior to founding Melody, Omar provided certain advisory services to TAP Advisors as a consultant. He held the title of Vice Chairman and Senior Advisor during that period. Prior to Melody, Omar was a Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank for 9 years, most recently Americas Co-head of the Special Situations Group. Prior to this, Omar helped build UBS Telecom Media and Technology Investment Banking and was Global Head of Satellite Investment Banking and specialized in convergence of TMT. Prior to joining UBS, Omar was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch where he built the global satellite investment banking practice. In the early 90s, Omar helped build Bear Stearns’ Investment Bank in Asia. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering (Honors) from Columbia University in 1987 and an MBA from Stanford University in 1991 Competitive collegiate fencer for Columbia University from 1983 to 1987.

Co-Founder of Melody with 17 years of experience in structured finance, credit trading and law. Prior to Melody, Andres was at UBS for 3 years, serving in the role of Managing Director and Americas Co-Head of the Special Situations Group managing the New York team and instrumental in growing the group globally. Prior to UBS, Andres headed Illiquid Credit Structuring for Latin America at Merrill Lynch, and before he was at Deutsche Bank's Emerging Markets structured credit team. Began career as an attorney and worked for 5 years at Akin Gump (corporate finance, in New York), 3 years at Thelen Reid (project finance, in New York) and 3 years at Bazan Cambre & Orts (corporate, in Buenos Aires). Andres earned his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina and his Masters in Laws from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is licensed to practice law in both New York and Argentina Former competitive golf player.
